Admissions Policy:

Prior to admitting the student in the Weekend Quran School the applicant must fill out an application form at the time of registration.

Students as well as Parents are required to:

  • Completing the application before the deadline.
  • Come with a full commitment and all materials to class on time.
  • Full payment of the tuition fee at the beginning of every month.

School Hours

10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Both Saturdays and Sundays

Absence and Early Dismissal

Classroom attendance is key to our student’s success, and while students are away they miss valuable instruction time. We are asking for your cooperation in ensuring that your child is on time for school and that any absences are explained with a note from home and/or a phone call to the school.

If a student accumulates more than ten lates and/or unexplained absences from a class, they may be dismissed from the program and or assigned to stay after school.

School Cancellation

If the school is cancelled at any given date, we will notify you one week ahead. Regarding any unexpected cancellations (i.e. snow storm, etc), you will either receive an email, or you may call in and listen to the voice mail.

Drop off and Pick-Up

Parents must follow dismissal procedures when children are picked up at the end of the school day. It is the responsibility of each and every parent to assure student safety in the parking lot before and after School. It is necessary to abide by the following rules and regulations:

  • Never pick-up or drop-off students in the “no parking” zones.
  • Always park your car in a designated parking space and allow children to carefully exit and enter the car from this location.
  • Obey all traffic signs and any school personnel directing traffic.
  • Supervise your children once you have picked them up.
